Your representative: Jeremy Newman

Jeremy believes the behaviour of Rightmove is unlawful and anti-competitive. As such, Jeremy is bringing this claim on behalf of Rightmove’s subscribers as individual estate agents would have no ability to recover the losses they have suffered due to Rightmove’s behaviour without a collective action such as this.
